RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its out-sole
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- All items would need to be purchased originally from Juxar
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
- All returns for exchange are only valid for 7 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods and 3XL to 5XL sizes are not acceptable to return and exchange.
- We accept returns only in cases of products having any manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.We manufacture the products ourselves and are sure that the product being delivered is as per the fabric description given on the product page.
- For the rest we offer exchanges.
- The terms and conditions on the website are constantly changed and updated without prior notice. You are recommended to review the site regularly for updates. It will be taken for granted for the consistent users & the ones that place an order with us, that they have accepted the terms & conditions along with the changes.
- Reverse pickup facility is available only in pin codes where COD is available. For the rest customers need to send the packet back to us at the address given below for which Courier Charges upto Rs.80 are refunded back.
