You need to raise exchange request by raising the exchange ticket by clicking the get help button (under Actions in your orders panel with valid reason of exchange and images of the product stating the reason of exchange within 2 days of delivery.
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
Originals receipts would need to be included
All items would need to be purchased originally from Juxar
All exchanges are only valid for 2 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods and 3xl to 5xl sizes are non acceptable to return and exchange.
Refunds are not acceptable for any reason only exchanges are possible that too 1 time for sending return back to us the process is given below
Only exchange of sizes of same design of same product is possble.
No Exchange for surprise Packs
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable either in our retail boutique or via our online portal.
Return Procedure for exchanging item
Firstly you need to go to your orders tab and click on Get Help next to your order under the actions heading and rasie the ticket for exchange
You can book porter or send via courier and send the screenshot of the courier slip and package sent back to us at the below address :
There are some cases where the pickup facility is not avilable on the pincode , in that case the buyer has to send the pacakagee bak to uus
In any case if by mistakely our team has send a wrong or damaged item we would be providing a free exchange or reverse your payment paid for exchange or reverse pickup
Our customer care executives will never call you to ask your credit/debit card number, CVV number, OTP etc.
We will never ask you your ATM pin or your online Password.
We will never share your details with anyone, without your prior consent.
